9:30 - 10:30 Old School Field (Picnic Area) Catherington PO8 0AQ £5 cash charity donation Charity outdoor Yoga sessions open to all, beginners, novices and never before's welcome. Come along and spend an hour outside in the glorious Hampshire countryside and support some wonderful charities too. Just book using the link below, complete the health questionnaire (which you'll be sent in an email) and you're good to go. Then turn up on the day with your £5 cash donation and a mat - perhaps a hoodie or blanket too, knowing the UK "Summer". No current dates for 2026 |

Staff Yoga in SchoolsThe benefits of Staff Yoga sessions for school teachers have proven to improve staff wellbeing by helping them to develop coping strategies for stress and anxiety, improve their sleep habits and reduce staff sickness and absences. They're also a great way for staff to reconnect with themselves and each other after a busy day of teaching.
With the introduction of the DfE's Education Staff Wellbeing Charter in May 2021, a Staff Yoga session could be a great way to show your staff that you're taking their wellbeing seriously. One off Staff Yoga sessions during Inset days are popular and a nice treat for Staff at the end or beginning of a new term. Alternatively weekly after-school Staff Yoga sessions give staff the regular opportunity to down tools, take a breath and keep their mental health in check. I have delivered Teen Yoga for Year 11 and 6th Form classes in schools across Hampshire and would love to spread Yoga to other schools in the local area.
